Refund policy

We hope that you'll love your purchase, but if you'd like to return or exchange an item please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and send items back within 30 days of the original delivery date.
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Buyers are responsible for return postage and related costs.

Custom size and customised items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds
We'll notify you when we’ve received your returned item and will refund the purchase price of the item to your original payment method within 2 business days.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Please note it can take longer for your bank or credit card company to process and add the refund to your account.
