Shipping policy

We’re located in the UK and all orders are shipped from Glasgow, Scotland.

Orders are dispatched within 1 - 2 business days and are shipped by Royal Mail in the UK, and completed by local postal services internationally.

Once your order has been dispatched we’ll send you a confirmation email, including your tracking number (if applicable).

The average shipping times and prices are:

UK and Channel Islands
Delivery time is up to 5 business days*
Second Class shipping is free**
Tracked 48 shipping from £3.00***

Europe, Canada, USA
Delivery time is up to 4 weeks*
International Standard from £2.00**
International Tracked from £7.00

Rest of the World
Delivery time is up to 6 weeks*
International Standard from £2.00**
International Tracked from £7.00

Applicable shipping charges are automatically calculated based on the delivery address and package weight, and added to your order at checkout.  To see the total shipping charge for your order in your local currency; add products to your cart, click ‘Checkout’, and enter the delivery address.

International buyers are responsible for any customs fees and import taxes that may apply. Before we prepare your order, we'll notify you of any additional fees and ask you to confirm if you would like to proceed with your order.

USA Deliveries: For orders shipped to a USA address, the amount shown at checkout includes the product price, shipping price, and import duties/tariffs.  This is the total amount due, there will be no additional fees.

*Please note there can be Postal Service or Customs Service delays which we can’t predict. Delivery times are longer during peak periods (eg. Christmas).

**Second Class/International Standard shipping option is available for orders totalling up to £35 and does not include a tracking number.

***For UK deliveries, Tracked 48 shipping is free for orders totalling £35 or more.  For Jersey deliveries, Tracked 48 is replaced by First Class Signed For service.
